Artist's Comments

There's a room where the light won't find you
Holding hands while the walls come tumbling down
When they do I'll be right behind you

So glad we've almost made it
So sad they had to fade it
Everybody wants to rule the world

I can't stand this indecision
Married with a lack of vision
Everybody wants to rule the world
Say that you'll never never never never need it
One headline why believe it ?
Everybody wants to rule the world

All for freedom and for pleasure
Nothing ever lasts forever
Everybody wants to rule the world

Great theme.

Not many photos can have a poem written with it. I must say this is an interesting shot; the angle is unique and unseen while the B&W really create a nice effect.

I just thought considering the current financial climate and these buildings housing banks that the song kind of fitted. Thank Tears for Fears for the lyrics and thank you for your comment. :)

Scary angle... feels as if they'll fall on you! ;)

I love the angles and the perspective on this serie

i really love the angle. the poem is great, did you compose it'',? actually, would prefer it if it said When they do I'll be right beside you instead of behind you. it conjures a weird picture in my mind but then again, it may be just my wild imagination so can ignore me^^ the rest of the poem is just fantastic especially after i enlarged the photo whereby the feeling of being dwarfed increased. will feel more dwarfed if you increase size of this piece.

There are only two worlds--your world, which is the human world, and other worlds, the fantasy. Worlds like this are worlds of human imagination:their reality, or lack of reality, is not important' Titania, Queen of Faerie(The book of Magic)
